Skrunch Co is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada! The shipping carrier that we use is Canada Post.

Due to Covid-19 our shipping times are just estimates and can not be gauranteed. Standard shipping takes between 3-8 business days and expidited takes between 1-4 business days on Canadian orders.

International shipping can take anywhere between 10-21 business days to recieve your order. Once the order has been passed off to our shipping carrier, you will be able to track your package and forward any questions on to them.

Most of our skrunchies we are able to restock. However, there are times when a certain skrunchie may have to be retired. This will mainly be due to the inability obtain the fabric used for it. When this happens, you will see a Limited Edition notice on the skrunchies product page.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this time due to health and safety. If you have any concerns regarding your order please feel free to reach out to us so we can work something else out.

A claim must be submitted through our contact page within 3 business days of recieving your order. Your claim will require photo proof of the order number and of the damages
